Customer service was super quick in answering. First sight the apartment looked nice. The location was mind-blowing, only 5 minutes to walk into the city centre which was absolutely ideal. Parking space was part of the package, and it was great to have free parking. The apartment was nice, with a great shower. We could walk everywhere and there were plenty of places to eat close by. Plus, the apartment had all the necessary amenities like wi-fi, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. No pets allowed and no smoking on-site made it even better.
